Track your Woodtoolkits order using the tracking number sent to your email or by viewing your account history. Below you will find details on delivery times and what to do if your package is delayed.

How to track your order

When your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery on the carrier’s website.

• For signed-in customers: Log in and go to Account > Orders to view your order status and tracking details directly.
• Tracking updates: Please allow 2-3 business days after dispatch for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s site.

Delivery times

We offer free standard tracked shipping to every country we ship to. There is no minimum order value.

• Processing time: We place your order with our supplier partner, who packs it and hands it to the carrier within 1-3 business days.
• Standard delivery: Most orders arrive within 7-15 business days from the date of order.
• Remote areas: Some countries and remote locations may take up to 20 business days for delivery.
• Multiple parcels: If your order contains several items, they may arrive in separate parcels.

If your order is late or tracking does not update

Delays can happen due to customs processing or local carrier issues. However, we are here to help if your package does not arrive as expected.

• Wait for updates: Remember that tracking can take 2-3 business days to appear after dispatch.
• Contact us: If your order has not arrived after 20 business days from the order date, please contact us immediately.
• Resolution: We will either re-send your order or refund you in full.
